Lately there are some guys that opened accounts and made orders, but they use not theirs emails addresses, and whmcs is sending many emails (about order, invoice, invoice reminder etc.) to this emails. After that we were accused of sending spam... so how to prevent to make order before email is confirmed, as it is in other sites... this is normal... 2. We have written many tickets, and sometimes we wish to find some text to just copy/paste to another ticket. But filtering is not working, it can only find words in topic, but not in ticket body.
