i saw this e-mail send to me

and i am using directI to register. whats wrong?

when I received this error a while back-- it was the username/password in the configuration.

 

Make sure the user/password is of the reseller and not the "customer" or contact you added.

i think i sloved the above problem but there is another error "An Error Occured

i thought that whmcs will automatically finish the registration for me and also complete it? how can i make it complete without even sending this e-mail
