Using Custom Invoice and Predefined Products

I am an IT service company and bill service calls via custom invoices. Which is fine but I would like to have the billing person be able to use predefined products instead of typing out each ite or adding orders and billable items. Theses are non inventory products and do not need to have any tracking of the inventory.
