Cron Running Multiple Times A Day At Various Different Times

Hello,

 

The cron was configured to run one time a day at 12:30 AM but unfortunately it has started running multiple times a day and at various different times. The cron configuration has been the same for a couple years now and no settings were changed for this to take place. It is sending out multiple emails to our clients and I have received no response from WHMCS in regards to the ticket I opened days ago.

 

I would greatly appreciate it if any who has experience this issue can let me know how to correct the problem.
