Support Ticket Emails, Show All Replies

Hi All,

 

TLDR; Want all ticket replies on emails that go to customers.

Has anyone actually got this working? This is something which is pretty standard in other ticketing systems.

Hey guys,

 

I am also getting problem using WHMCS

Help me out,

 

the confirmation mail is not received by the client and there is no error in the admin panel. and in the dashboard it is showing client has received the mail.

what might be the problem.
