The tickets would include reply from emails, which were listed as junk characters or htmls making the reply long. I got a fix from here http://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?20513-Piping-Reply-Above-The-Line&highlight=reply+line I had to change the template to use "Tick this box to send this email in Plain-Text format only" with support reply template. Even then when replies comes from Yahoo and gmail, it adds the time stamp even after using ====== Please reply above this line ====== This issue is explained better here at https://forums.whmcs.com/showthread.php?109754-Pipe-replies-without-quoting-message-history But no fix updated yet.
