I'm in Australia where we need to charge 10% GST for those in Australia, and no GST for the rest of the world. Using the "tax inclusive" option and setting Australia to be taxed at 10%, I assumed I could enter products with the tax inclusive prices, and if someone from outside Australia bought the product, WHMCS would deduct 10%. However, it doesn't work this way as both Australians and non-Australians get charged the same amount.
If I use the tax-exclusive option, it means that the price Australians see when choosing a product is is tax-exclusive, as the tax won't get added until the end of the process. This is not what I want.
Surely it must be possible to display all prices inclusive of tax, and have WHMCS deduct the tax for those it does not apply to, at the point of checkout! Yes, no?
