TerrasIOI
Hi, After approving an order, domain gets succesefully registered at Enom. But for Hosting Account I'm getting following error: "Server Command Error Account Creation Failed: Curl Error - Operation timed out with 2672 out of -1 bytes received (28)" But when I look in WHM - it is has been created. And yes, it takes an eternity when WHMCS is processing that command. Any idea what can be wrong? Regards.
TerrasIOI
My server admin told me that 'curl is enabled on the server and operating properly. I would recommend contacting WHMCS.' Can someone help me here please?

TerrasIOI
Their tech asked me this: "Curl is enabled already, that is not the issue. I'm going to need you to contact them and ask what we should be looking for, I have checked everything on this end that I can think of." So any idea where we can dig for this?
Chrisw
maybe the firewall not letting WHMCS know the status?
TerrasIOI
Matt has fixed the problem. It was an issue due to long account creation in WHM. It takes appr more than 2 minutes to get new account on that server. Case closed.
