I want to give them some money back. Can the customer use their own affiliate link to get moneyback or % on hosting package they purchase for themselfs ? Create a new product group, then add products there at a discounted rate. Make it a hidden group and all the products hidden. Give them a direct link to the products they order from the product screen in whmcs. This allows you to track their orders easily in cPanel aswell as they will not have your product codes and they will not need discount codes.
