openmind
Right then. I've set up all my domain extensions and added multiple year prices where applicable. When I go to my order form and select to order a new domain it doesn't give me anywhere to select the registration period? I have transfers set as zero and this is OK but I can't dictate how long to register a domain for. Am I going wrong somewhere? Order form is here: https://openmindbilling.com/order.php
openmind
Looking at the source it looks like the registration period dropdown isn't populating. Matt, if you get a chance to look at this, your admin login to my panel is still available...
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted October 31, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted October 31, 2007 You have entered the TLDs as "com", "net", etc... - instead, it needs to be ".com", ".net", etc... Matt
openmind
Nuts I thought I was being clever by entering all the values in a CSV and then re-importing but obviously not. Thanks Matt...
mcpacific
All my TLDs are entered in as .com, .net, etc. and still, by domain orders only show one year on the drop-down. Anyone have any ideas what may be causing this?

mcpacific
Just the main domain pricing page. Is that something that has to be setup as a Configurable Option?
chickendippers
Does your domain pricing page look like this? If not you haven't fully set up your domain pricing.
mcpacific
Oh no it doesn't. I didn't realize you needed to make several entries like this. Thank you very much!
