Paypal message 3005

Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone else has encountered the dreaded error/message 3005 from PayPal. This only occurs specifically on subscriptions, on both sandbox and live. It's along the lines of "We're sorry, but we could not complete your request". In sandbox, it recommends to clear your cookies and what not. I've tried that, and I've also had a friend try as well on a different computer. Same thing.

There is no documentation on it, and it seems other people have had the issue as well, with no resolution even after contacting paypal.

This also happens to me elsewhere, not just on my own WHMCS website. So yeah, you'd think it's a paypal issue... which it is. Unfortunately paypal being paypal, that does not get resolved. I am going to you guys wondering if anyone else has ran into this, and if they resolved it or not.

Thanks.
