Ugyen Posted May 6, 2016 Share Posted May 6, 2016 Hi whmcs Community, Can we additional custom field in clientareacancelrequest.tpl so that we can see the changes in whmcs admin client summary product and services. Currently we can see only reasons, if we add additional dropdown field so called Issues... will it be seen in product and service client summary or email template New cancellation request.
