swiftdone
Hi, I have just changed to a new hosting company and used the softaculous to install a fresh copy of WHMCS and restored the data... Softaculous took steps to make WHMCS safer and created the folder outside the public_html and moved all the folders in there and updated configuration file. I had that in the past but only for downloads, templates, attachments but this time it created corn and the path in configuration file is correct. My issue is that email is not being piped to WHMCS.... Do I need to move cron folder back in WHMCS directory in order to make it work again? Any idea why this is not working when cron folder is outside the public_html? Thank you,
ITWolfy
Hi there I had the same problem and you have to change the permissions of the pipe.php file to 755 then it will work again specially if its outside of the public_htm.
