piped emails issues after upgrade 6.3.0

when we reply from livemail, emlail is well piped, we get this code added on top of emails, answering ticket from whmcs = ok

 

we made all tests possible, we can't figure out

after upgrade, no dedicated IP is properly allocated for accoutn creation with dedicated IP, instead a wrong shared IP is allocated.

 

from whm directly, no issue

 

whmcs support does not answer my itcket for 48 hours, and I paid for customer service

 

Whmcs support does not answer my tickets for 2 days now
