suprahost
please can your replicate the problem on your server ? For our policies we do not assign root. Simply create a package with a space inside , for example "linux basic". Try it , as can you see the import does not work. Please can you fix it , or do I need to rename all my plans without a " " inside ? Thanks
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted November 2, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted November 2, 2007 Just tested it and confirmed it works fine with a space so the problem will be your configuration. Refer to the guide in the manual on how to use this feature. Matt
