Admin screen fails after upgrade to 6.2

Hi

I have turned on error messages as I was just getting a blank screen and I am getting the following error when entering the admin area:

The client area seems to be working fine. Any ideas anyone. I have forced a re-install, checked ioncube is working correctly and a recent version.
