Customized order form - how to pre-select domain registration/transfer/update options?

I've been building a customized order form on my website. It links to WHMCS using this guide :

Mainly the sections about already pre-selecting a domain, the billing cycle and various configurable options. The end goal is that the customer ends up on the page where they input their address/password, and skip over everything else since they already selected it previously.

 

However, I'm running into a problem. If I remove the "show domain registration options" checkmark, then even if they pre-select a domain, it doesn't show up on the confirmation order/signup page.

 

If I leave it checked, then pre-selecting the domain only fills it out on the domain registration options page (the page before order confirmation). How can I pre-select the register/transfer/update options on my own order form?
