I have just received a ticket from a client, stating that when they attempt to login, they are unable to do so.

 

The page reloads, without any error, and the email and password fields are returned blank.

 

Having checked the clients profile, it appears they are logging in successfully, as the "Last Login" information is updating accordingly.

 

I am also able to access the clients account, from the admin area so no issues there.

 

Any suggestions?
