arjanvr Posted December 29, 2015 Share Posted December 29, 2015 Hello, I clicked on add payment to add payment to a invoice but along with the payment confirmation it also sent a unsuspension e-mail. I have never seen this before. His account was not suspended, the invoice was only 2 days old or so and he had time to pay untill somewhere in January, so why would it sent the e-mail also? "Dear **********, This is a notification that your service has now been unsuspended.
