xxxmicrobexxx
Hey there, I am sure it used to work, but just discovered the quicklinks in the client area aren't working and apparently it is because SSL is required to connect to cpanel. My site is using WHMCS with SSL generally and is connecting to cpanel on the same domain on the same physical server. SSL isn't required for cpanel generally, why should it be required in this case? Since the server hostname is not used for anything that needs SSL there is no need to buy a certificate and a dedicated IP address but it seems this is the only solution unless someone can suggest something. Meanwhile, in the template I have disabled the quicklinks and will have to refer people to cpanel unfortunately. The quicklinks is a great idea, but it has been implemented really badly by the look of it.
