Support Email Spam - How do you deal with this?

Hi,

 

We have captcha (google) on and only registered users may raise a support ticket.

However, the system (we are sending via smtp auth through the mail server) sends

an email out when a ticket is not raised thus adding that user to mail server ok list

(you know? Never reply to a spammer)!

 

So I am asking how are folk dealing with this?!
