Unable to register domain with Heart Internet module

Hi, I hope to use the Heart Internet module to enable me to register domain names however when I click register I get an error:

 

Error: 2410: No such contact found

 

If this is referring to the domain contact I was expecting the api to register the contact with Heart as part of the process.

 

I am unable to find any further information on this but I do need to get the link up and running as soon as possible. Grateful for any help on this.
