railto
you dont need a script for this, just create an admin with access to the support desk only, using the email address as the number@mobileprovider.com and give access to each support department, simple as that, i use it myself so that i get texts when i get a new ticket, reply and also when i get a new order

congkai
but damn, my provider only sends the SUBJECT of a e-mail to my handphone. Is there a way someone can code the topic of the support in the subject of the e-mail?
