Empty Ticket

Hi,

 

I'm having random problem with empty ticket in my WHMCS Support Tickets.

Some ticket display empty ticket, only text Posted date and time.

 

I'm using POP to pop my ticket, and there is no error (Ticket Imported Successfully)

 

Any advise?
