hostservice_71 Posted October 11, 2015 Share Posted October 11, 2015 Hi, By the lack of a quick response to our ticket; We had calls from customers that paid invoices but still received reminders. We noticed that since about Mid-september every payment made at our provider MultiSafePay is not getting through to WHMCS to set the invoice as paid anymore. That matches around the time we went from 5.3.14 to 6.1. Even though we reported the same thing to MSP, they haven't changed their API, it is still 1.0. Since it happens to 2 of our websites, both upgraded at the same time both having the same problem, we fell it must be WHMCS. The gateway log of 1 of our websites shows logs up to mid september, then it stops. The other website only shows one log somewhere in july 2015, so that logging hasn't been working at all.
