While viewing the "Support Tickets", I have it set to Auto Refresh every 10 minutes. The page has just refreshed, and I have been met with the following error message:

 

Critical Error

SQLSTATE[HY000] [2013] Lost connection to MySQL server at 'sending authentication information', system error: 32
