pjulian
Hi All, I have done some searching but can't find any reference of anything that will do what we are looking for. We currently use WHMCS in our ISP and MSP environment and have done some customisation to get some things to work as desired, however one thing we struggle with is tracking services that we resell to customers from upstream suppliers such as DSL, Ethernet, etc, which we all bill through WHMCS. What we are looking for is some way of adding supplier provided services into WHMCS, just like a client product is added, perhaps showing the supplier details, service type and details, contract start date and term, and maybe a cost price, etc, The ultimate thing would then be to be able to link that service with a client so that we could run some sort of report which then shows any supplier services which weren't allocated to a client. Currently we audit supplier services manually and with so many it's becoming a tedious task, if there were some way to automatically see quickly if a service was allocated to a client that would save so much time. Has anybody heard of any way to achieve such functionality in WHMCS or point me to an Addon which may do this ? I have come across a couple which handle Expenses and supplier invoice tracking and stuff but we don't care about the money side of it, we just want to track supplier services that are purchased and then resold, currently spreadsheets are getting hard to handle especially with multiple staff trying to work on them Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks Paul
alaali
Hi, I have done something similar but it is related to devices stocks. I will keep a list of the available devices and then assign one of these devices to an order. It will show to me which customer has which device and part of which order. However I am still managing everything on a side spreadsheet just to be sure. If you are interested on something similar maybe you can share your specification here or on the marketplace to get estimation about the price/time of creating an addon to handle this for you. Thanks, Sayed
pjulian
Thanks for your reply, we have had some thoughts about how to do it using some existing database stuff we are already doing, I'll see how we go with that and try and let you know, perhaps it's something which may help others as well
