email piping issue in plesk

hello,

 

i have my domain http://www.techplusintl.com/ hosted on windows vps with Paralells Plesk, whmcs is installed at https://manage.techplusintl.com/. I have created my emails for sales, support and also created support departments in whmcs admin.

 

i have added a scheduled task with following email piping code:

*/5 * * * * php -q /pipe/pop.php

 

but its not working as when email sent to sales or support email; no ticket generates.

 

Please guide me step by step process for completing this task.
