My website was hosted with another company using WHMCS and will not let me change my hosting

Hey, i've recently bought 2 domains through Godaddy, one of them has gone through successfully onto my friends hosting yet the other one is coming up with a suspended page,

 

The page reads:

this account has been Suspended due to your server provider not paying for there server account if you wish to be hosted and back online please contact us at BC-HOST.COM were you will be able to look at our great deals

 

I have not hosted my site with these nor are they online anymore, is there any chance you could remove the hosting for me, I can prove that I own the domains for you.

 

The domain in question is:
