pifive Posted August 30, 2015 Share Posted August 30, 2015 To anyone that can help me solve this issue. I am having problems with the ticketing system in WHMCS. I follow instructions to setup. First I created the departments and emails for each of them. I tested the ticket system and with PHP configuration the ticket system got emails from customers and could reply with no issues. The problem with PHP configuration is that the email confirming the creation of the ticket arrived 1 to 4 hour later depending on the department. I spoke to WHMCS support and they told me to try SMTP and or talk to my hosting provider. While talking to them they helped me configure the ticket system using SMTP. Now the ticket confirmation arrives but when you reply from the ticket system to the customer it never arrives so is not working.
