webresellers Posted October 17, 2007 Share Posted October 17, 2007 I have accounts that are being suspended by WHMCS like they should, but WHMCS is not changing the account status to suspended and its still being listed as "active". When the cron runs, it says in the email: 0 Accounts Suspended - Manual Suspend Required: User Name - domain.com (Due Date: 10/12/2007) (edited name and domain for this post) Yet, I get the email from cpanel saying it was suspended. Anyone else seen this? Started happening after upgrade to 3.4, previous version, everything worked as it should. I am using the root user/password for the server configuration.
