Bonnet Posted August 20, 2015 Share Posted August 20, 2015 Hello, I have a situation with the WHMCS platform when generating the invoice for your domain client nine this invoice was generated with $ 0 cost and does not allow the customer to generate payment to renew your domain. The link you get to the mail to renew your domain is not properly linked with the platform I guess because the platform does not record any payment pending for the client. The domain was created in cPanel and then was added to the WHMCS had a payment year therefore had not happened before, I have other customers that is about to expire your domain soon in the same condition would be able to resolve this situation so that does not happen again. I know I'm still adjusting to this platform and her lack of support by other means resort to the forum to see who can give me suggestions and I should try, perhaps it is something common and there is documentation. I would appreciate any help you can give me.
