Blockchain.info - Transaction amount too low

Hi

 

I had the transaction amount too low error. I've tried changing the dbconnect.php to init.php as suggested in the blockchain.info thread

 

I've also tried the suggestions here. I am getting the error

 

The owner of this website (blockchain.info) has banned your IP address (*.*.*.*).

Even after adding the

 

curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_INTERFACE, $_SERVER['SERVER_ADDR']); before any curl_exec in blockchain.php.

 

I still can't get this working and was hoping someone might be able to help.
