I upgraded to 6.0.1 but since then the apache process dies with zend_mm_heap corrupted when i try to use any of the pages outside the admin-panel.

We use mod_php 5.4.43 for apache2

PHP 5.4.43 (cli) (built: Jul 11 2015 00:31:37)

Zend Engine v2.4.0, Copyright © 1998-2014 Zend Technologies

with the ionCube PHP Loader (enabled) + Intrusion Protection from ioncube24.com (unconfigured) v5.0.14, Copyright © 2002-2015, by ionCube Ltd.

Any ideas, hints?

After upgrading to v6 I see that certain pages are returned to the browser with no data.

I checked the logs and see several entries of "zend_mm_heap corrupted".

I checked my logs from the week prior and these started occurring right after upgrading to version 6.

Just wondering if anyone is seeing this?

I'm also getting this with 6.1.1, but only on the escalations cron. WHMCS I also don't use Kayako integration.

I'm on php 5.6, ruid2.

A little googling found the fix, in my case, so I may as well post it here, even though it's an old thread:

Edit php.ini and set

output_buffering = 4096
