Ticket system Email Issues

So this last weekend I was testing the integration of my Wordpress site with WHMCS. I was testing the ticketing system and I think Ive got it right the configuration. I tested sending email to sales@myhostingcompany.com and boom ive got the email there. Then I went and replied to the ticket from the WHMCS Support section all good so far. But when I tried to reply once again to that ticket it never arrived. I did the same for Support and Billing emails and same issue. I manage to create the ticket via email and reply to it but then after once I reply to the ticket it never arrives.

 

Anyone can point me out where to or what do I need to check on this issue?
