ganesh.rao
Hello, I'd like to know how PayPal subscriptions can be used on Invoices I create manually. As in, the customer does not have any product/service that is listed in WHMCS. So I just simply create an invoice with the total price and send it - but the customer ends up paying the amount as a normal payment, I want the customer to signup as a subscription. How can I do this? Best Regards, Ganesh Rao
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted October 16, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted October 16, 2007 The customer cannot signup as a subscription - there's no recurring fee to setup with a recurring product. Matt
ganesh.rao
No Matt, You got me wrong! Now where ever WHMCS uses normal PayPal checkout, why can't it use a subscription? (I'll set the time period for it) Best Regards, Ganesh Rao
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted October 16, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted October 16, 2007 Like I said, you have to use a product if you want the customer to pay recurring. Matt
ganesh.rao
Okay - added a generic product and added it as a custom addon to it. Now in the Invoice page, it shows the generic product + addon, while at PayPal its only the generic product. Why is this?
