5.3.14 to 6.0.1 cannot upgrade

Hi,

 

I tried to upgrade from 5.3.14 to 6.0.1 with this tutorial: http://docs.whmcs.com/Upgrading (Previously worked). I uploaded new files (extracted from 6.0.1) and then here's when i open my homepage:

So i tried /install/install.php, the first step is agreement, and then install.php?step=2, only this below, nothing else (no next button, etc.)

I don't know what to do now, so i just restore my whmcs v5.3.14 files, and still running it until now. Could you please help me? Thanks.
