Terra Posted August 5, 2015 Share Posted August 5, 2015 Bit of an odd one - in v6.0.1 a small number of random tickets don't appear to update ticket status to "client reply" when a client replies via email (import is via POP3 forwarding in cPanel). It only appears to affect a small number of tickets and there's no repeatable pattern. Does anyone else have this issue?
