PeterP Posted July 28, 2015 Share Posted July 28, 2015 Hi After a new customer has signed up for a hosting plan, a “Hosting Account Welcome Email” is not being send from WHMCS to the new customer, its shows as sent in the “Recent Emails” of the “Clients Profile” in my WHMCS along with the Order Confirmation and Welcome emails. I receive a automatic conformation email from System Administrator but no emails are being sent out to the new clients, can anyone please help. buonchit Posted July 29, 2015 Share Posted July 29, 2015 The problem is not junk/spam, my whmcs is working fine, however after the upgrading New Account Information e-mails are not automatically going out anymore, the hosting account is created but not email.
