I want add to the client area page > view tickets, this notifications: 1. Admin has viewed this ticket. 2. Assignment Operator: Admin 3. Admin has viewed this ticket and starting to make reply. This example is from cpanel system ticket. (tickets.cpanel.net) Is a good system. If this is not possible, exist possibility to add this notification from admin area to client area? This print screen is from whmcs admin area. I want to add this notification here: (this print screen is from client area and is changed in photoshop.)
