Modification to System Tickets

hi,

I have one question.

Exist possibility to modify the ticket system?

If you know cpanel system ticket, you know what I want.

I want add to the client area page > view tickets, this notifications:

 

1. Admin has viewed this ticket.

2. Assignment Operator: Admin

3. Admin has viewed this ticket and starting to make reply.

 

This example is from cpanel system ticket. (tickets.cpanel.net)

Is a good system.

 

If this is not possible, exist possibility to add this notification from admin area to client area?
