Live Helper Chat javascript

I have whmcs set up so that it loads in an iframe in my wordpress site so that it seems more integrated and not part a different site. I know there are plugins that do this, but they don't look to good, and the new six theme dos :)

I have a system that loads the correct whmcs page based on the wordpress url so, my-wordpress-page/knowledgebase.php displays the knowlenge base and so on, gives nice seo friendly urls all the way. When you click on a link to update the links in the iframe, it also updates the top url.

The problem is, I whant to load the live help chatter outside of whmcs so that it is available on all pages. Is it possible in the live help chatter to tell it of a page load and preferably if a user is loged in to?
