Accept Order: Order Accept Encountered Problems

Hi, I've got cPanel installed and have installed WHMCS into /clients

 

Now I've added the server, my configuration looks like this:

 

Name: cPanel

Hostname: (blank, I don't know what to put here)

IP: (dedicated server's IP)

 

Did both name servers

 

Server Details:

Type: cPanel

Username: domain

Password: (entered password)

Access Hash

(Instead of password

for cPanel servers): (entered hash)

SSL: (ticked it)

Port: left it to do it automatically which is 2087

 

Now when I go to manually accept an order as a test I get this error:

Order Accept Encountered Problems

An unknown error occurred

 

I've disabled the brute force check too but still no change.

 

I no longer know what to do so I'm here I appreciate any help you can give me. Thanks!
