Welcome Email not sending after V6.0 Upgrade

Hi

 

I have custom welcome emails set to send after product set up.

 

Since upgrade to V6.0 the welcome email does not send. I have checked error logs and it doesn't show anything.

 

If I go to customer account and click resend welcome email, I get directed to the emails tab within customer account and a message -

 

Success!

The email was sent successfully.

 

But it wasn't - the email is not being sent and does not appear in the emails list.
