Unsuspending hosting account on receipt of payment

Since upgrading to V6.0 we are finding that hosting accounts that have been suspended through non-payment are not automatically reactivating when the outstanding payment is made.

 

Clicking suspend/unsuspend buttons work, just not on receipt of the payment.

 

Any suggestions? Thank you.
