Mystere
I want to turn off billing for a customer's domain (they are going to let it expire). To do this should I set the Status dropdown to Expired for this domain? If not, how should I do this? Thanks.

brianoz
Although "expired" works for marking domains not to be renewed it would be really nice to have a "terminated" status, as it's actually a completely different state. Expiry is expiring since it just expired without being renewed, presumably because the customer didn't pay. One would normally expect an active domain would not be marked "expired". termination is when a customer has chosen to not renew the domain, even when it expires. A domain can be terminated before it has expired. Maybe I'm just getting confused with terminology; however I know my staff have found this confusing too.
