Error when adding a domain name to my hosting?

Hello,

 

I am receiving an error when I try to add a domain name to a hosting type to my shopping cart in WHMCS.

 

I asked support and they told me the following:

 

The issue seems to be caused by the "Base href" line missing from the header of your custom template. Please add this line inside the head tag:

 

{if $systemurl}<base href="{$systemurl}" />

{/if}

 

I added the code to the template header, and I am still not having any luck.
