mohs3n Posted May 4, 2015 Share Posted May 4, 2015 Hello I have 2 departments in my whmcs , Support and Sales and they are both receiving emails via pipe and every time a customer creates a ticket for Support dept it will automatically sends an email to both Support-staff and the customer itself to let them know a ticket has been created but when a ticket is submitted for Sales dept the notification email is not send to the customer and it will generate an error : Email Sending Failed - SMTP Error: The following recipients failed: client@domain.com (User ID: 0 - Subject: [Ticket ID: 306924] test) Sales-staff members receive the email. If you have multiple Paypal Account like example paypal1@company.com and paypal2@company.com go to Payment Gateways area in your WHMCS Admin panel and change paypal mail address "paypal1@company.com,paypal2@company.com" 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
