Clients unable to register or select order now

Hi All,

 

I have a new WHMCS installation and new to eCommerce software and have ran in to this issue that I cannot figure out.

 

When a non user visits the WHMCS and selects Order Now on a product it auto redirects to the product Selection page.

 

Another issue is that if a user tries to register using the built in form it just redirects to the main home page again without creating the account.

 

Can anyone help me. No plugins are installed. Please point me to the documentation if this is a option I just need to switch on.

This would indicate an issue with PHP sessions on your server. I have uploaded a session test script to - Removed - and the "count" variable never increases when refreshing the page. When sessions are working properly, refreshing the page should cause the number to increase by one. If it doesn't or resets/stops at any point, this confirms there is an issue with sessions on your server and would need to be investigated and resolved by your hosting provider or server administrator.

my web host is bluehost.com

 

I contacted them for support and turns out disabling varnish fixed the issue. This was switched on as my site was optimised for wordpress. This also caused issues with SSL for my wordpress site.

 

Anyway posting this to an effort to help someone in the future.
