sarahplant Posted April 16, 2015 Share Posted April 16, 2015 Hi We have had to reset several client passwords today, however, when the new password in the email is used, the password doesn't work. Error: Login Details Incorrect. Please try again. We've tried numerous times, with various clients and all with the same result. They want to log in to pay, so could really do with them being able to log on!!
