cloudhopping Posted April 2, 2015 Share Posted April 2, 2015 We are in need of the ability to reverse ALL late fees. Sadly we are not PHP coders. WHMCS states this is possible via their API. If you have experience in PHP development then you could consider using the API to accomplish this. You could likely use the GetInvoices function to get a list of all of the invoices on the installation that have a Late Fee Invoice Item and then use UpdateInvoice to remove the Late Fee and update the invoice. In short- last night - due to a change someone did improperly -virtually everyone of our open invoices now has a late fee attached.
